ADMINISTRATIVE CAPACITY BUILDING FOR KALININGRAD OBLAST
The main goal of this project, which started its activities in December 2007 and will go on until December 2009, is the support in building the administrative potential of Kaliningrad oblast, contribution to the business development conditions and investment promotion, as well as support of the competitiveness and social and economic development improvement process.
Project's partner - Kaliningrad Region Government.
